How to reach the SportBetTime Editorial Team: corrections, questions about a guide and partnership enquiries, plus where to go for help with a betting account.

Contact SportBetTime

SportBetTime is run by a small editorial team, and the quickest way to reach us is by email. Every message is read by a person. Please tell us which page you are writing about, because the address of the page saves a lot of back and forth.

Editorial questions and corrections

Write to [email protected] if you think a guide contains a mistake, a worked example does not add up, a settlement rule has changed, or something is simply unclear. Include the page address and, where you can, a source for the rule or figure in question. We check every report against the original rules and correct the article when we were wrong, as described in our editorial policy.

The same address works for suggestions. If there is a market, a sport or an odds question you would like explained, tell us; reader questions shape what we write next.

Partnerships and advertising

Operators, affiliate programmes and other businesses can reach us at [email protected]. We only consider operators that hold a licence in the markets where they accept customers, and any commercial relationship is disclosed on the site. Payment never buys a place in our guides or a change to what an article says; how we review explains the criteria we will use.

What we cannot help with

SportBetTime is not a bookmaker. We do not hold accounts, take bets or have access to any operator's systems, so we cannot help with deposits, withdrawals, bonus disputes, verification checks or closed accounts. For those, contact the operator's customer support first. If the problem is not resolved, check the operator’s terms: in many regulated markets a licensed operator has to name an independent dispute service or the regulator you can complain to.

We also do not sell tips or predictions, and we will not tell you what to bet on.

Getting help with gambling

Support organisations can talk you through limits, self-exclusion and money worries, whether the bets are yours or someone close to you. The responsible gambling page explains the warning signs, the tools licensed operators offer, and where to find help in the UK, the US, Australia and elsewhere.
